Our Products

Our dairy, wine, and beef may be purchased directly on site at our farm store. You may also purchase many of our artisan cheeses and wines online through our shop page.

Artisan Cheese

Our cheese is made with hand crafted techniques used in many parts of Europe for centuries.

Cheddar: Sharp and aged 18 months (about 1 and a half years) to perfection. Perfect for your next grilled cheese sandwich or nacho night. It comes in orange and marble varieties.
Parmesan: Hard cheese aged 12 months, sharp and nutty flavour. Excellent for grating over pasta, Caesar salad, and pizza.
Gouda: Semi-hard cheese aged for 2 months. Ours has a caramel flavour, creamy, little bit sweet, and smooth. Pairs nicely with apricot or orange jam, on crackers. Goes great with a Riesling wine.

Raclette: Creamy, buttery, salty and sweet, nutty, semi-hard cheese. Add this to your next charcuterie board, melt it over vegetables, or as part of a baguette sandwich.
Brie: Soft cheese, firm outside with a slightly bouncy inside. Creamy and mild and perfect on crackers, bread, whole fruits and compotes.
Edam: Semi-hard cheese aged 6 months. Mild, a little salty and nutty. Pair it with fruit such as pears and apples, on crackers and bread. Goes with Pinot Gris, Rieslings, Chardonnay and Shiraz wines.

Fresh Milk

Free range, grass-fed cows. Zero antibiotics and steroids. Whole and not skimmed and sold in glass bottles. Just good wholesome fresh milk. Need us say more?

Butter

Fresh and creamy. Ready for spreading on toast, bagels, pancakes, and for all your baking needs.

Ice Cream

Our ice cream comes in a wide assortment of flavours (selection will vary). Always a popular summer or anytime treat. Made with our fresh milk and sweetened with organic cane sugar and natural flavours.

Grass-fed Beef

We offer a variety of cuts of steak and sausage. Our beef is raised being able to free range graze on a grass and hay diet. They are given zero hormones or steroids, so you can feel good about serving our beef products from your grill or charcuterie board. Wine

We use zero pesticides or GMOs in our vineyard. Our wines are made with zero colouring agents or concentrated wine additives.

Riesling: Flowery, acidic with notes of apple, dry and sweet all at the same time. Serve this with poultry or seafood and dishes with milder spices or fruit flavours.
Merlot: Cherry, raspberry, and strawberry flavours, medium vegetable notes. Serve with salmon, radicchio, grilled or charred meats.
Pinot Gris: Moderate acidity, full body, tropical fruit notes including melon, mango, and fresh spicy notes.

Cabernet Sauvignon: Dense, dark, bell pepper, and blackcurrant notes, full body. Serve with pepper steak, pepper-crusted tuna, dishes with cream sauces, grilled, charred, or smoked meats, or cheddar.
Chardonnay: Medium body, noticeable acidity, flavours of green plum, apple, and pear. Serve with white meats, seafood, spicy food, garlic and guacamole dips.
Pinot Noir: Fruity strawberry, cherry, raspberry notes, but also earthy and spicy. Medium in body and dryness. Serve with pork, beef stew, game dishes, and root vegetables.
